Industrial Symbiosis Programme – Waste Management

Toxic waste barrels in the forest

An industrial symbiosis is a resource-efficiency approach where unused or residual resources, such as materials, waste, energy, water, assets, or expertise is not discarded as waste. The program was introduced and initially led by the United Nations Environment Programme but has been extended by many National centers within countries.

We conduct waste assessment to give an understanding of waste challenges and identifies potential waste reduction opportunities for your organization that will result in cost savings and efficiency gains.

The assessment includes measuring performance against best practices by identifying areas and materials in which waste reduction efforts will be most effective taking into consideration Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR)
